Dr. Jafar Riaz Kataria is an accomplished academic and researcher currently serving as Assistant Professor of Sociology at the Institute of Social & Cultural Studies, University of the Punjab, Lahore. He holds a PhD in South Asian Studies (Sociology) from the University of the Punjab, Lahore, completed in 2018. Dr. Kataria completed his MPhil in South Asian Studies (Social Sciences) in 2012 and BS (Hons) in Social Sciences (Sociology) in 2008 from the University of the Punjab, and also holds an Intermediate in Computer Sciences and Matriculation from BISE Gujranwala. He has obtained a Certificate in English Language from Sheikh Zayed Center, University of the Punjab, along with a Diploma in Computer Applications covering programming and database fundamentals. Dr. Kataria has over 10 years of teaching and research experience, having taught at the Centre for South Asian Studies and the Institute of Social & Cultural Studies, University of the Punjab, and has also served as Visiting Faculty Lecturer at the Department of Political Science, University of the Punjab, and Global Institute Lahore. He has taught undergraduate, MPhil, and PhD-level courses in Sociology, South Asian Studies, Social Sciences, Political Sociology, Research Methodology, and related interdisciplinary subjects.
His professional achievements include serving as MPhil and PhD Program Coordinator, supervising numerous MPhil theses, being a member of doctoral program committees, and working as Editor and Assistant Editor of reputable academic journals published by the University of the Punjab.Dr. Kataria has an extensive research portfolio with numerous national and international publications in sociology and social sciences, covering areas such as health systems, education, political sociology, poverty, gender studies, media studies, and regional issues. He has actively participated in and presented research papers at various national and international conferences on sociology, political science, peace studies, media studies, and South Asian regional issues. His core expertise includes sociological research, academic writing, qualitative and quantitative analysis, research supervision, curriculum development, and interdisciplinary social science studies, supported by strong communication and analytical skills.

Malik Salman Ali Khan, son of Malik Noukhez Ali Khan, is currently serving as a Visiting Lecturer teaching Law of Equity and Legal Drafting. He holds advanced legal qualifications including an LL.M in Corporate Law from the USA and an LL.M in International Tax Law and EU Tax Law from Uppsala University, Sweden, and has completed his LLB from Quaid-e-Azam Law College, Lahore. He has seven years of teaching experience and teaches courses such as Legal Drafting, Law of Equity, and Transfer of Property. Professionally, he has served as Legal Counsel for the National Bank of Pakistan, Punjab Seed Corporation (Government of Punjab), and as Legal Director at Adzspec Pvt. Limited, Sweden, as well as Formal Legal Advisor to the Lahore Development Authority. His professional achievements include extensive legal advisory experience with major governmental and private sector organizations, specialized expertise in Corporate Law, International Tax Law, and EU Tax Law, and representation and legal consultancy across banking, public administration, and international private enterprises.
His skills and expertise encompass Corporate and Commercial Law, International and EU Tax Law, Legal Drafting and Vetting, Civil and Corporate Litigation, Government Advisory and Regulatory Compliance, and academic teaching and curriculum development. He has been associated with the legal profession as an Advocate of the High Court since 2009 and is currently practicing law as the Founder and Principal Attorney of Malik Law Consulting.

Aneeza Yasin, daughter of M. Yasin, is currently serving as a Visiting Lecturer in Human Rights. She holds an MPhil degree and has completed her academic background with MA and MSc qualifications. She has seven years of teaching experience and has taught at BLS College of Legal Education and Lawyer’s Best Domain. Her teaching focus is Human Rights. She has conducted an awareness session on gender discrimination and has attended awareness sessions on community living, a workshop on the right to education held in Kasur, and paralegal classes. She is presently engaged in the teaching profession.
