Ms. Samina Khalid Vice Principal Ms. Samina Khalid, Advocate High Court, is currently serving as Vice Principal of the Leaders Law College. She completed her LL.B. from the University of the Punjab in 2009 and earned her LL.M. from the University of Lahore in 2020. With over 15 years of combined experience in both legal practice and academia, she has contributed extensively to the fields of Family Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, Service Law, and Labour Law. She has also delivered lectures in the Bar Vocational Course organized by the Punjab Bar Council, reflecting her active engagement in professional legal training. As both an experienced practitioner and a dedicated educator, Ms. Khalid is committed to nurturing future legal professionals by combining theoretical knowledge with practical insight.

Meet our esteemed faculty member, Miss Pakeeza Umer, Advocate High Court with more than 10 years of experience. A distinguished alumna of Quaid-e-Azam Law College, she excelled academically with incredible achievements, including 4 Gold Medals, 2 Silver Medals, and 1 Bronze Medal. Notably, she secured overall 3rd position in LLB-II and overall 2nd position in LLB-III send-up examinations. Her expertise extends to specialized training in Housing and Property Rights in Pakistan, as well as a comprehensive 1-year course in Cyberspace Law. She has demonstrated her commitment to social causes through roles as Secretary of the Women Rights Committee and member of the Human Rights Committee at the Lahore High Court Bar Association, and as a member of the Rotract Club as well as member literary society in QLC. Additionally, she has participated in a 3-days “Master Trainer” training session conducted by NDI. Now, as a permanent faculty member, she shares her knowledge and experience with our students.

Mr. Usman Shafique Advocate High Court, Lecturer in Law & Legal Adviser Mr. Usman Shafique is serving as a Lecturer in Law and Legal Adviser at Leaders Law College, Lahore. He obtained his LL.B. degree from Quaid-e-Azam Law College, Lahore (2017) and later pursued his LL.M. from the University of Lahore, specializing in advanced legal studies. His academic journey reflects a consistent commitment to both the theoretical and practical dimensions of law. Alongside his teaching career, Mr. Shafique is a practicing Advocate of the High Court and a life member of the Lahore High Court Bar Association. He has extensive experience in handling criminal, civil, and family law matters, representing clients with diligence and professional excellence. His dual role as an academician and practitioner enables him to bring practical legal insights into the classroom, enriching the learning experience of his students. At Leader Law College, he teaches Criminal Laws, Special & Local Laws, and the Law of Evidence. His teaching philosophy emphasizes critical analysis, research-based learning, and professional skill-building, while preparing students for university examinations and competitive assessments. For his remarkable contribution to legal education and student success, he was awarded the Best Teaching Award for the session 2023–24.
Beyond teaching, Mr. Shafique supervises research work, conducts intensive revision programs, and contributes to academic initiatives aimed at enhancing student performance. His professional interests lie in criminal justice reforms, procedural law, and evidentiary principles. With a passion for legal education and advocacy, Mr. Shafique continues to bridge the gap between theory and practice, preparing his students to excel both in the legal profession and in competitive examinations.
